Nutritional Value and Benefits of Kiwi

Female Hayward varieties, which are widely grown in Turkey and around the world, and Temmuri male varieties were preferred for pollination in our gardens.
Hayward discovered in the 1920s; They are large and broad oval fruits with slightly flat edges, light greenish-brown outside, covered with dense fine silky hairs, which entered cultivation in the early 1930s. This structure well preserves the quality of emerald green and superior delicious fruits. This species also has a fairly long storage life.

The naturalness of our production is our biggest goal and it is reported regularly with laboratory examinations every season.

Kiwi has a much higher vitamin content than citrus fruits, which are shown to be rich in vitamins.  

It is very useful in terms of delaying cancer types and reducing the risk of catching it.

  •   Its high fiber ratio facilitates digestion and helps in relieving constipation.

  •   It is a soothing and nourishing skin mask when left on the face in sliced form.

  •   With its high fiber content, it is especially protective against colon cancer.

  •   Consuming it regularly is effective in losing weight.

  •   Especially asthma, shortness of breath, night cough  and causes good effects in children in respiratory diseases such as influenza.

  • One kiwi contains an average of 65 calories.  It is recommended to be consumed in raw form in order not to lose its nutritional values.
